INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — As we bounce into spring, it is a good time to chill, chill out, and take time for your self. What higher approach to do this than with a trip?

Indiana College Well being Scientific Psychologist, Danielle Henderson, joined us on Saturday’s Dawn to speak about the advantages of taking a trip once you’re feeling burn-out.
