‘UnPHILtered’: Indiana permitless carry law back in spotlight
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Within the wake of Sunday’s mass shootings on the Greenwood Park Mall and in Beech Grove, the state’s new permitless carry regulation is again within the highlight. The invoice took impact on July 1, and permits most Hoosiers 18 and older to hold a handgun and not using a allow.
