The best ranked Indiana resort is The Alexander, coming in at No. 4 with a rating of 98.15 out of a doable 100. The 209-room downtown resort, 333 S. Delaware St., opened in January 2013 and is embellished with work and sculptures curated by the Indianapolis Museum of Artwork.
Ironworks Lodge, 2721 E. 86th St., is available in at No. 14 with a rating of 92.63 out of a doable 100. The 120-room resort opened in 2017 and displays America’s industrial age with uncovered iron and ductwork.
“Ironworks combines consolation and luxurious whereas staying true to its nineteenth century industrial inspiration,” stated resort operator Geronimo Hospitality Group.
The highest ranked Midwest resort is the J.W. Marriott on the Mall of America in Minneapolis.
