The tenant maintains its headquarters at Park 100 Enterprise Park.
INDIANAPOLIS — Traits Worldwide Inc. has renewed its 180,000-square-foot industrial lease at 5110 W. 74th St. inside Park 100 Enterprise Park in Indianapolis. The tenant, which produces licensed posters, calendars, stickers and stationery merchandise, renewed its lease for seven years. Sean McHale of Avison Younger represented the tenant, whereas Grant Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, LINK Industrial. The placement serves as Traits Worldwide’s company headquarters.
