INDIANAPOLIS — Two individuals have been shot in what police are calling “an altercation” exterior the Castleton Sq. Mall on the northeast aspect of Indianapolis.
IMPD says pictures have been fired after issues escalated throughout a struggle between three individuals. One of many individuals hit by the gunshots was a teenage boy and the opposite was an grownup man.
