The Indianapolis Colts have officially begun organized team activities (OTAs) for the 2023 offseason, which means we’re one step closer to watching them play on Sundays.
With OTAs underway, it’s time to take a look at projecting the starting lineup on the offensive side of the ball. The biggest storyline will surround the No. 4 overall pick quarterback Anthony Richardson. Will he start Week 1 over Gardner Minshew?
Right now, we are projecting the answer to that question as a yes. He needs reps even if it will include growing pains, and we believe he will show enough during training camp and the preseason to warrant the starting role.
Additionally, we’ll be looking at the offense from the perspective of 11 personnel, which means three wide receivers, one tight end and one running back in the starting lineup.
