Police: 1 person in critical condition after shooting on southeast side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A lady is in important situation after a taking pictures early Sunday morning on the town’s southeast facet, police say.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Division says the taking pictures occurred round 3:15 a.m. within the 1600 block of Harlan Road. That’s in a residential space simply west of South Keystone Avenue.
When police arrived, they discovered a lady with gunshot wounds.
Police haven’t supplied any data relating to what led as much as the taking pictures.
Throughout the investigation, detectives recognized Stephen Wieland, 24, because the suspect and arrested him for his alleged function on this incident. He can be charged with tried homicide, IMPD says.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Workplace will make the ultimate charging determination.
