Man dead after shooting on city’s far east side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person is lifeless after a taking pictures Sunday afternoon on town’s far east aspect, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Division says.

Simply after 12 p.m., police responded to a report of an individual shot within the 4000 block of Stratford Courtroom. That’s in a residential space close to North Put up Street.

When police arrived, they discovered a person with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

The person’s id might be launched as soon as his household has been notified.

Police didn’t present any info on a suspect or what led to the taking pictures.
