IPS approves Rebuilding Stronger proposal that closes some schools

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Public Colleges Board on Thursday evening permitted its Rebuilding Stronger proposal. For months, the district has collected suggestions from mother and father, educators and group members.
