Indianapolis Zoo announces names of new tiger trio

INDIANPOLIS (WISH) — It’s Worldwide Tiger Day! The Indianapolis Zoo introduced the official names of their tiger trio.

The zoo hosted a “Tiger Membership Naming Contest.” Hoosiers had been in a position to submit their votes on their title of selection for the tigers.

After receiving over 7,000 votes from everywhere in the world, the successful names are Roman, Helina, Nicholas.
