Indianapolis targeted in campaign trying to steer teens from gun violence

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis is considered one of a dozen cities being focused by Venture Unloaded.

The group is launching movies on TikTok educating youngsters on the risks of weapons.

Nina Vinik, founder and govt director of Venture Unloaded, stated, “At present, gun violence is the main killer of youngsters and youths in the US.”

“We wished to be in a various set of cities that basically have giant, various populations of younger individuals, so we selected Indianapolis as a result of it match that invoice.”

The marketing campaign is named “SNUG,” which stands for “Safer Not Utilizing Weapons.” TikTok customers from ages 13-17 are the targets of the marketing campaign.
