Indianapolis man impersonates law enforcement with a firearm, gets federal prison
On Dec. 6, 2021, police responded to a Costco in Avon after workers on the Costco referred to as saying Hancock was within the retailer carrying a badge with a gun on him. Staff had been instructed to lookout for Hancock as a result of it was believed that he was travelling to a number of Costco areas and shopping for issues with fraudulent checks.
