Indianapolis man dies in motorcycle crash on northeast side

Police stated a automobile was the trail of the bike on East thirtieth Road at Arlington Avenue Thursday evening.

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man was killed in a motorbike crash on town’s northeast facet Thursday evening. 

IMPD officers had been known as to the intersection of thirtieth Road and Arlington Avenue simply after 7:00 p.m. on a report of an accident involving a motorbike and a sedan.

Police situated the person who was on the bike affected by extreme trauma. Medics took him to the hospital in crucial situation. Shortly after arriving on the to the hospital, the motive force of the bike was pronounced deceased.

Accident investigators consider the bike was touring east on thirtieth Road because the sedan was touring west on thirtieth and turned left to go south on Arlington, crossing into the trail of the bike and resulting in the crash.

The sedan driver is cooperating with police on their investigation, and submitted to a blood draw on the hospital as customary process for crash investigations that contain fatalities.
