INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis firefighter, Nathanial Waldroup, has been charged with home battery and kidnapping for an off-duty incident that occurred this week, in response to IMPD.

The incident occurred over the span of Monday and Tuesday of this week, in response to court docket paperwork. Waldroup assaulted, strangled, and held a girl in opposition to her will in his car on the evening of Monday, June 20, 2022.
