FBI, IMPD investigating armed robbery of armored truck on city’s east side
INDIANAPOLIS — Investigators from each IMPD and the FBI are investigating the armed theft of an armored truck on the town’s east aspect this morning.
In line with IMPD, officers had been dispatched to the 6100 block of E. Washington Road east of Irvington in Indianapolis for a report of an armed theft.
There have been no accidents reported and investigators are working to find out what occurred, based on IMPD.
The investigation is ongoing.
