DNR: Body of Indianapolis man recovered from Monroe Lake
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) — Divers on Monday recovered the physique of an Indianapolis man who went lacking in Monroe Lake in south central Indiana, conservation officers stated.
Officers stated 34-year-old David Alejendor Mora-Segura was boating with buddies when he disappeared round 2 p.m. Sunday beneath the floor of the lake south of Bloomington.
Emergency crews looked for Mora-Segura till dusk, when the operation was suspended.
Crews resumed the search Monday morning and positioned Mora-Segura round 2:45 p.m. in 20 ft (6.1 meters) of water.
Mora-Segura was sporting a private flotation system when he entered the water however appeared to have slipped out of it, officers stated.
