INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Kids’s Museum of Indianapolis issued an apology after images of a Juneteenth watermelon salad had been posted on social media inflicting some backlash.

“As a museum, we apologize and acknowledge the detrimental influence that stereotypes have on communities of shade.
