INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Local weather Prediction Middle has launched its 2022-23 winter climate outlook. For the third winter in a row, La Niña situations are anticipated to develop, creating hotter than regular temperatures within the southern United States and wetter than regular within the Nice Lakes.

The meteorological winter season is outlined because the months of December, January and February. This winter forecast is predicting what situations will likely be like for these three months.

Temperatures are anticipated to be above regular throughout the southwest, Texas, Gulf coastal states and alongside the japanese seaboard.
