Wabash boosts parts distribution efforts

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (Inside INdiana Enterprise) — Lafayette-based trailer maker Wabash (NYSE: WNC) has launched a tech-enabled components distribution community. The corporate says the community will permit it to simplify and increase its components distribution capabilities throughout all product traces.

Wabash says the only channel distribution community will ultimately embrace its total aftermarket portfolio in addition to a variety of transportation components.

The producer says the streamlined system will permit it to extend stock and get substitute components out the door faster.
