Unidentified boy found in suitcase in Indiana laid to rest
SALEM, Ind. (AP) — A younger boy discovered useless inside a suitcase in a closely wooded space of southern Indiana has been laid to relaxation.
Todd Murphy, the chaplain for the Washington County Sheriff’s Workplace, referred to as the unidentified boy an “unknown angel” throughout a memorial service Wednesday on the Weathers Funeral Residence in Salem, Indiana.
The kid’s grey casket was topped by a floral association and stuffed animals. He was later buried at a Salem cemetery.
His headstone marker bears the picture of an angel and an inscription that reads, “In loving reminiscence of a beloved little boy identified however to God.”
A mushroom hunter discovered the kid’s physique on April 16 in Washington County.
Investigators consider the boy, who was Black, was about 5 years previous and had died inside the earlier week.
