Oct. 24 (UPI) — Police in Indiana confirmed a kangaroo is on the free in Carroll County after escaping from its proprietor’s property.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Workplace confirmed the kangaroo escaped Sunday afternoon from its proprietor’s property, close to the cities of Patton and Yeoman.
The sheriff’s workplace stated the kangaroo is one in all two owned by the Carroll County resident, who does have permits to maintain the unique pets.
Police and animal management officers are usually not presently trying to find the animal, the sheriff’s workplace stated.
Notices posted to misplaced pet teams on Fb warn residents who spot the kangaroo to not try and catch it, as it is going to turn out to be spooked and flee the realm. The posts say the animal will not be harmful, however is prone to be afraid of strangers.
