Officers search Lake Monroe for two missing IU students

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — Indiana Conservation Officers are looking for two lacking Indiana College college students within the water at Lake Monroe, in accordance with a launch made by the Indiana Division of Pure Assets on Sunday.

Division of Pure Assets says 19-year-old Siddhant Shah, and 20-year-old Aryan Vaidya had been boating on a pontoon with pals on Lake Monroe on Saturday when the group anchored to swim.

Officers say when each males didn’t resurface, pals tried to assist however weren’t profitable.
