Northeast Indiana man injured in ORV crash near Fort Wayne
Investigators consider Garrett Mozena was attempting to show when he misplaced management of the ORV and it rolled on prime of him.
ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. — A Nice Lake man was critically injured in an off-road car crash northwest of Fort Wayne in Allen County Sunday evening.
Garrett J. Mozena, 27, was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Middle in Fort Wayne for remedy of a head damage.
In accordance with an incident report from the Indiana Division of Pure Sources, Allen County 911 acquired a name shortly earlier than 9 p.m. that Mozena was beneath the ORV he was driving on Gerig Street between Leo and Fort Wayne.
Accident investigators consider Mozena was attempting to show onto Gerig Street when he misplaced management of the ORV, inflicting it to overturn.
Mozena was not sporting a helmet or some other protecting driving gear on the time of the accident, which remains to be underneath investigation.
Conservation officers had been assisted on-scene by the Allen County Sheriff’s Division.
