Indiana hits another record-high gas average gas price: $4.89 a gallon

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Gasoline costs on Wednesday hit new report highs for Indiana.

Motorists in three counties on Wednesday have been paying above $5 on the pump.

In keeping with GasBuddy, Indiana’s common on Wednesday stood at $4.89 a gallon, making it the twelfth most costly state. That value was up 13 cents from Tuesday, 31 cents from final week, and 85 cents from a month in the past.

The nationwide common stands at $4.70 a gallon.
