Indiana gas price average again hits record high, $4.93 a gallon

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Ache on the pump once more hit a brand new file excessive Thursday in Indiana.

A gallon of normal fuel on Thursday was costing Hoosiers a mean of $4.93. That makes Indiana the ninth most-expensive state.

Thursday’s file breaks Wednesday’s. In line with GasBuddy, Thursday’s common was up 2 cents from Wednesday, 36 cents from every week in the past, and 89 cents from a month in the past.

4 Indiana counties on Thursday reported motorists paying greater than $5 on the pump.
