Attorneys want suspect in girls’ murders in Delphi, Indiana moved to different facility
DELPHI, Ind. (CBS) — Attorneys for the suspect arrested within the 2017 murders of two younger ladies in Indiana need him moved to a special facility.
Richard Allen is presently at a Northern Indiana maximum-security jail, however his attorneys say he is deteriorating whereas he awaits trial.
Authorities say Allen was moved there initially for his personal security.
Allen is accused of murdering youngsters Abigail Williams, 14, and Liberty “Libby” German, 13.
