Skyy Clark, Illinois guard, reportedly makes decision on future
Skyy Clark intends to enter the switch portal this offseason, in keeping with a report.
On3’s Joe Tipton was 1st to report that information on Sunday morning. Clark stepped away from the group again in January for private causes.

Coach Brad Underwood launched an announcement on Clark’s go away of absence on Jan. 7:
“Skyy has made the choice to take a while away from basketball. He stays a valued a part of our program and can proceed to obtain full assist. Skyy is a considerate, caring younger man who proper now must prioritize himself and his household. That is larger than basketball. We perceive that and stand with him each step of the best way.”
Clark performed in 13 video games, beginning 12, for the Illini previous to his determination to step away. He averaged 7 factors and a couple of.1 assists per contest. He was enjoying 24.5 minutes per sport.
Clark was a 4-star prospect within the class of 2022. He was the No. 33 general participant and the No. 6 level guard within the nation, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Illinois rebounded from Clark’s departure and is predicted to obtain an at-large bid within the NCAA Event on Sunday night.
