Six people charged with video gaming machine thefts in Illinois

LEE COUNTY, Illinois (KCRG) – On August twelfth, 2022 the Illinois Legal professional Common’s Workplace convened a grand jury in Lee County which handed down 99 indictments in opposition to 6 people in connection to a slew of burglaries of video gaming machines throughout the state.

A job drive was created by legislation enforcement personnel throughout the state to research the burglaries.

Brian Morgan from Plainfield IL was one of many people charged for his position within the burglaries. He was charged with 1 depend of theft, 2 counts of cash laundering, and 25 counts of housebreaking.
