CHICAGO – An investigation is underway after three individuals fled on foot when Illinois State Police tried to drag over their car in Chicago on Thursday.
Round 4:25 p.m., state police say troopers situated a car touring southbound on Interstate 94 that’s wished in connection to a murder.
