Home violence suspect arrested after escaping Wayne County Jail
Tavon Knowledge was apprehended after escaping and evading Wayne County Sheriff Deputies for a pair hours Wednesday evening.
FOX 2 (WJBK) – Sheriff deputies have arrested an escaped inmate from Division 1 Wayne County Jail Wednesday evening.
The manhunt ended with the arrest of 26-year-old Tavon Knowledge someday after 9:30 p.m. He had escaped round 7:11 p.m. in accordance with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Knowledge was being processed for a second offense of home violence and parole violation on the time of his temporary escape.
The jail is positioned at 570 Clinton Road simply south of Gratiot and bordered by Raynor and St. Antoine streets.
