DETROIT – The Michigan Inspector Basic is out with a brand new report saying a deputy of Detroit metropolis clerk, Janice Winfrey, abused their authority. That report states that Reuben Washington used the clerk’s workplace to arrange petition signatures for Winfrey’s marketing campaign for congress.
