Detroit police search for driver who killed 59-year-old man, left crash scene

DETROIT – Detroit police are looking for the driving force who struck and killed a 59-year-old man after which left the scene.

The crash occurred at 8:22 p.m. March 20 within the space of Harper and Annsbury avenues on Detroit’s east aspect.

Officers stated the 59-year-old man was within the roadway when he was struck by a blue Chevrolet Impala. The Impala fled the scene, in keeping with authorities.

The automobile can have front-end injury as a result of collision, police stated. It was final seen heading south on Dickerson Avenue, after which east on Chandler Park Drive.
