Detroit felon gets 8 years in prison for targeting girlfriend in drive-by shootings
DETROIT (FOX 2) – A Detroit man with earlier weapons and home violence convictions was sentenced to eight years in jail Monday in reference to drive-by shootings focusing on his girlfriend.
Jason Foley, 39, pleaded responsible to 2 counts of felon in possession of a firearm.
In keeping with authorities, Foley fired greater than 30 rounds from a rifle at a house the place his girlfriend, two kids, and different adults have been on Aug. 4, 2021.
On Oct. 9, 2021, he shot at one other residence with a handgun, authorities stated.
