List: Detroit launches Harm Reduction Wellness Stations across city

The Detroit Health Department has launched 25 Harm Reduction Wellness Stations throughout the city to combat the opioid overdose crisis.

These stations offer free naloxone kits and other harm reduction supplies, including fentanyl test strips, medication deactivation pouches, condoms, Plan B, and oral contraceptives, tailored to each location.

The program aims to reduce overdose deaths and empower individuals to take control of their health while offering critical support.

By making these resources readily available, Detroit officials hope to address the ongoing challenges posed by opioid addiction and improve community health outcomes.
