21-year-old ejected from car, killed in crash on Detroit freeway

DETROIT – A 21-year-old man was ejected from his automotive and killed in a single day throughout a crash on a Detroit freeway, police stated.

The crash occurred at 1:30 a.m. Monday, Could 8, on westbound I-96 close to Meyers Street in Detroit.

Michigan State Police troopers stated the person was heading west on I-96 when he misplaced management of his automotive and went airborne. He was ejected and pronounced useless on the scene.

No different automobiles have been concerned within the crash.

The freeway was shut down in the course of the investigation, but it surely has since reopened.

“One other preventable dying on our roadways as a result of poor driving selections,” Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw stated. “Carrying a seatbelt will maintain you within the automotive and behind the wheel if you’re in a crash. It can save your life.”
