CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Police Murder Unit is investigating the taking pictures that killed a girl on Wednesday, Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia confirmed.
The taking pictures occurred within the 12700 block of Shaker Boulevard round 11 a.m., in accordance with Ciaccia.
