When will Cleveland’s very unhealthy air quality improve?
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Very unhealthy air over Northeast Ohio is expected to continue into at least the early afternoon if not through the rest of the day, National Weather Service meteorologist Patrick Saunders said Wednesday morning.
The region’s air worsened considerably overnight as a result of smoke from Canadian wildfires, which according to Saunders drifted southwest into Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois before moving east.
