Southern-style biscuits star at Roaming Biscuit, opening July 9 in Cleveland’s Hingetown

CLEVELAND, Ohio—Get in line early at the new Roaming Biscuit this Sunday morning, July 9. Owner Shawnda Moye will start slinging her legendary biscuits at 7 a.m. in the new Ohio City shop.

What started as a pop-up in 2019 is becoming a stationary dining spot in Hingetown, one of the city’s hottest mini neighborhoods. Moye anticipates selling more than 250 biscuits/biscuit sandwiches the morning the store opens.
