CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A taking pictures early Wednesday left casings within the Starbucks car parking zone.

The taking pictures occurred on Clifton Boulevard at West 117th, across the space of Tick Tock Tavern and Starbucks.

Male GSW to the neck. 11000 Block of Clifton Ave. it is a massive scene with a number of shell casings strewn from behind the Tick Tock Tavern to the Starbucks throughout the road.
