Sentencing continued for man found guilty in double murder outside Parma bar

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One of many two brothers convicted within the 2021 lethal taking pictures exterior of a Parma bar was scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday morning; nonetheless, the listening to was continued as a result of Cuyahoga County Courtroom of Widespread Pleas Choose Kathleen Sutula is tied up in one other trial.

On Aug. 29, Luis Candelario, 31, pleaded responsible to involuntary manslaughter.

Parma police stated Candelario drove the getaway car from the scene of the deadly taking pictures.

Candelario’s brother, Juan Perez, is charged with aggravated homicide, homicide, felonious assault, tampering with proof, tried homicide and having weapons whereas beneath incapacity.

Investigators stated Perez was the gunman within the March 2021 taking pictures exterior Rookies Sports activities Bar and Grill that killed safety guard Timoteo Cruz and buyer Sean Acierno on March 13, 2021
