Sentencing continued for man accused of leading OSHP on dirt bike chase in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Sentencing was continued Monday for a 25-year-old man accused of offenses related to a Cleveland police operation cracking down on unlawful dirk bike using.

In line with Cuyahoga County prosecutors, Brett Sieminski, of North Ridgeville, has pleaded responsible to costs of failure to conform and inducing panic.

His new sentencing date was not introduced.

Prosecutors stated Sieminski was arrested in Could throughout a Cleveland police sting referred to as Operation Wheels Down.

The Ohio State Freeway Patrol was serving to with the bust, in accordance with prosecutors, and troopers tried to drag Sieminski over.

Prosecutors stated he was driving a mud bike recklessly on Cleveland’s West Facet and fled the visitors cease.
