Princeton University student from Cleveland missing since Friday

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 20-year-old Princeton College scholar with ties to Cleveland has been lacking since early Friday morning.

Misrach Ewunetie was final seen at her dorm on campus round 3:00 a.m. Friday, in response to the varsity, which despatched alerts by way of e-mail and social media Monday evening.

It’s unclear who reported her lacking.

“The Division of Public Security continues working to find lacking undergraduate scholar Misrach Ewunetie,” the college tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

Princeton launched the next description about Ewunetie:

Ewunetie is a 2020 graduate of Cleveland’s Villa Angela – St. Joseph Excessive College.

She was the category valedictorian and earned a full scholarship to Princeton.

“The Villa Angela – St. Joseph Excessive College group realized right this moment of a report that Misrach Ewunetie, a 2020 honors graduate, was lacking from the Princeton College campus. We’re praying for her swift and secure return.”

Friday, the day Ewunetie was final seen, was the final day of lessons at Princeton earlier than its one-week fall recess.

“Clearly it’s heartbreaking,” junior Laura Esguerra informed New York TV station WPIX. “It hurts, it actually does, however hopefully she’ll be again secure.”

Princeton’s campus is situated in New Jersey, about midway between New York Metropolis and Philadelphia.
