Ohio State gets commitment from 2024 in-state four-star defensive lineman
COLUMBUS, Ohio — The good news keeps on rolling for Ohio State as four-star defensive lineman Dominic Kirks committed to Ohio State on Saturday.
On3 was the first to report the news.
The 6-foot-4, 255-pound DL from Painesville decommitted from Washington last weekend, after his official visit to Ohio State. He did not sign on early signing day, and after bringing in just one defensive end (five-star Eddrick Houston) in the class, the Buckeyes circled back on Kirks.
He is rated as the No. 251 player in the class, per the 247Sports composite rankings, the No. 33 defensive lineman and the No. 12 player in the state. Ohio State now has three defensive linemen in the 2024 class in Houston and three-star Eric Mensah.
Ohio State’s class in 2024 now has 21 commitments.
