Ohio AG asks ex-Judge Pinkey Carr’s ‘acquaintances’ on Cleveland court to step aside from her criminal case
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ohio attorney general’s office has asked the Cleveland Municipal Court’s judges to recuse themselves from hearing the criminal case of their former colleague, Pinkey Carr.
The filing, made Thursday morning by special prosecutor Drew Wood, asks that a visiting judge be appointed to preside over Carr’s case. She faces three counts of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.
