ODOT reduces I-90 speeds in Lake County due to road conditions

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Ohio Division of Transportation used digital signal boards to warn drivers that the speeds alongside I-90 in sure stretches had been diminished Thursday morning because of the wintry highway circumstances.
