Missing Cleveland State student last seen Nov. 8
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police mentioned detectives are trying to find a lacking and endangered Cleveland State scholar final seen Tuesday.
Based on detectives, Yi An Lian has psychological sickness and could possibly be at risk.
His final seen location is 1730 West twenty fifth St. detectives say.
Lian was final seen sporting black pants and a white T-shirt.
He’s 21 years outdated, 5-foot 5-inches, and weighs 130 kilos.
