Melt Bar & Grilled closes 2 Ohio locations
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – After 5 years of operation, Soften Bar and Grilled shall be closing its Canton and Dayton areas to concentrate on the visitor expertise in Cleveland, the restaurant mentioned in a press launch Tuesday.
In accordance with a press launch, the Dayton location at Fairfield Commons Mall and the Canton location at Belden Village Mall completely closed efficient Monday, Jan. 30.
“We realized in late 2022, {that a} smaller restaurant group could be significantly better for us to handle concerning operations and visitor expertise, whereas setting ourselves up for future success,” says proprietor Matt Fish.
The restaurant plans to unveil a brand new web site in February and menu in March, introduced within the press launch.
“All different Soften Bar and Grilled areas all through Northeast Ohio and Columbus stay open and are doing properly,” says Fish.
