Man still at large after car theft leads to high-speed chase in East Cleveland, police say

EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – East Cleveland police have recognized and are searching for the person who led a girl on a high-speed chase all through town after stealing her automobile, in line with Chief Scott Gardner.
