CLEVELAND, Ohio – No arrests have been made after a person and a teenage boy have been fatally shot Wednesday on town’s West Facet, police mentioned.

Izaiah Cooper, 17, and Dushawn Sweeney, 41, each of Cleveland, have been shot about 2 p.m. on West Boulevard between Baltic Street and Clifton Boulevard, in response to Cleveland police and the workplace of the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner.
