CLEVELAND, Ohio – Owning a restaurant evolves into a relationship – one with your customers, and one with the bones of the place itself. And after 10 years, Lola and Luca Sema decided to recharge the spirit of Luca Italian Cuisine in Cleveland’s Flats.
“It’s been 10 years since we opened,” Sema said. “It gave us so much we decided to give it something back. It was a lot of money and effort and emotion and all the rest.”
